Steve Sashihara
Chief Executive Officer & President

Steve Sashihara founded Princeton Consultants in 1980 upon his graduation from Princeton University, where he majored in Philosophy. He recruited his lifelong friend Jon Crumiller to join him to create a unique consulting firm that would combine "Information Technology and Management Consulting." Over 25 years later, Steve and Jon are both still the best of friends and enthusiastically co-manage the firm. Steve leads the firm in Optimization, and is also responsible for our alliance programs with other consulting firms. Steve is a respected confidant and strategist for many top executives, and considers many of his clients to be personal friends as well. Steve serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF), which is the leading organization for the global management consulting industry.
