Steve Sashihara
Chief Executive Officer & President
Steve Sashihara founded Princeton Consultants in 1980 upon his graduation
from Princeton University, where he majored in Philosophy. He recruited
his lifelong friend Jon Crumiller to join him to create a unique consulting
firm that would combine "Information Technology and Management
Consulting." Over 25 years later, Steve and Jon are both still
the best of friends and enthusiastically co-manage the firm. Steve
leads the firm in Optimization,
and is also responsible for our alliance programs with other consulting
firms. Steve is a respected confidant and strategist for many top
executives, and considers many of his clients to be personal friends
as well. Steve serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
of the Association of Management
Consulting Firms (AMCF), which is the leading organization for
the global management consulting industry.

Jon Crumiller
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Jon Crumiller serves as Chief Operating Officer of Princeton Consultants.
As a co-founder of the firm, Jon brings over 25 years of consulting
expertise and experience to our client base, having served leaders
in many of the nation's most successful businesses. Jon leads the firm
in Management Consulting and Process Engineering, and is well known
in many executive circles for his highly successful facilitation of
"RAD Sessions" -- an organized
approach for turning top management vision into well-defined action
plans, with a thorough analysis of issues and risks for each one. Jon
majored in Computer Science at the University of Delaware, and lives
in Princeton, New Jersey. In his spare time Jon competes in chess tournaments,
where he has achieved the "Master" rating from the U.S. Chess Federation.

Patrick Simon, Senior Director
Patrick Simon has over 17 years of consulting experience with
Princeton Consultants, where he has specialized in software development,
and rail and truck transportation operations and systems. Patrick
led the Princeton Consultants team which designed and implemented
Pegasus, the market leading software application for managing intermodal
transportation and intermodal equipment, and he continues to play
an active leadership role in Pegasus implementation projects today.
Patrick graduated summa cum laude from Michigan State University with
Bachelors degrees in Mathematics and Physics, and he earned a Masters
in Astrophysical Sciences/Plasma Physics from Princeton University
in 1989.

Dinesh Maneyapanda, Director
Dinesh Maneyapanda has been with Princeton Consultants for nearly
thirteen years. He helps lead the optimization practice, and also
has broad experience in the design and development of workflow and
technology solutions and HR best practices. Dinesh graduated cum laude
from Princeton University with a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
He is also currently Chairman of his undergraduate "eating club,"
a channel that allows him to pursue academic interests and reconnect
with alumni.

Simon Lee, Director
Simon Lee has been with Princeton Consultants since 1998. He specializes
in building optimization
systems, particularly for the transportation and publishing industries.
He graduated with Great Distinction, with a B.A. in Mathematics from
the University of Waterloo, and received his M.A. in Mathematics from
Columbia University. Competitively, he came in third in Canada in
the Euclid Mathematics Competition and was an Honorable Mention in
the Putnam Mathematics Competition (~40th in North America). Simon
is an avid amateur astronomer and chess player.

Shem Malus, Director
In over nine years with the firm, Shem has led the firm's Software
Project Rescue practice, enabling clients to resuscitate critical
projects that have gone astray and are at risk of failure. He has
successfully led the assessment and rescue efforts for mission critical
applications, with a core focus on transportation and logistics systems
implementations. Shem graduated with distinction from McGill University
in Montreal with an MSc in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics.

Leah Schanely, Director
Building on her nearly seven years of experience in the transportation
industry, including many years of Pegasus development, Leah leads
the rail transportation segment of the transportation practice area,
leveraging her extensive knowledge of signaling and traffic control
systems. Leah graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the
University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Computer Science and
Engineering, and minored in Philosophy and Cognitive Science.

Joe Lynch, Director
Joe Lynch has been with Princeton Consultants since 2000. He has successfully led the implementation of mission-critical business applications, with a focus on transportation and business intelligence. He is also an active member of the product leadership team for Pegasus. Joe graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Physics and minored in Mathematics.
