Penny joined Princeton Consultants in 2008. For Class I railroads, Penny helps lead systems integration to assist the development and integration of Positive Train Control, the federally mandated railroad safety initiative. Her skills include business process improvement, data analysis and comprehensive use case development. Penny earned a BA in Astrophysics at Princeton University.
