The PBM Service Purchaser survey is conducted using a scientific approach. The targeted survey employs a scientific approach to deliver valuable marketing intelligence. In a nutshell, we conduct a blind survey of target prospects (the prospect is not aware of which PBM is sponsoring the study) to determine how best to position your services to win new accounts and retain current ones.
