Martin joins us from NYU, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Business. His software project work included a Java app for natural language processing. As an undergraduate, Martin worked as a data analyst for an NGO that provides interest-free loans and scholarships, as a financial planner, and as a quantitative analyst for a bank. For four years he organized events and raised funds for a pediatric cancer treatment provider. Martin was the captain of the varsity wrestling team, and he is a 2nd degree black belt and an instructor of karate. In his spare time, he enjoys reading sci-fi and playing online card games. Martin grew up in Manhattan.
