Risk Management

For rail executives, we assist risk management, including disaster recovery / business continuity planning.

Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning

We conduct comprehensive DR / BCP planning to assist risk management initiatives.

Successes

  • DR/BCP review of hundreds of job descriptions, requiring interviews of a rail car management company’s executives at manager level and above, and recommendation of related software, and plans for all business units.
  • Single point of failure analysis on several large new rail systems to identify areas of risk.
  • Failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) on a large new rail system to identify components needing enhanced monitoring, which became the basis for a help desk diagnosis and triage knowledge base.
