At the Spring 2019 meeting of the INFORMS Roundtable, a group representing leaders of applied analytics, data science and optimization, Princeton Consultants CEO Steve Sashihara was the guest speaker. Steve discussed the "Princeton 20" project risk factors to mitigate while successfully managing large-scale optimization projects for deployment into production.
